Meet Duncan! This handsome guy was an owner surrender and is said to be 9 years old and weighs about 23 lbs. If you're looking for an extremely laid-back senior this is your guy. He gets along perfectly with all other dogs that we have introduced him to. He is not a super high-energy dog so he would do just fine with someone that's looking for a laid back companion. Duncan loves children and all people he meets! He really does love his foster home's furry friends too, so a home with another dog would probably make him the happiest. However if you don't have another dog, he would still be very happy if his new owner was home often to keep him company. Duncan is ready to find his forever home!! Adoption Fee $100

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Duncan, a Sharon Center Lhasa Apso/Pekingese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso/Pekingese for sale in Sharon Center, or seeking a Lhasa Apso/Pekingese dog from a breeder in Sharon Center.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sharon Center already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sharon Center breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso/Pekingese breeders who help with Lhasa Apso/Pekingese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sharon Center paves the way for another one to be saved.
