This is Rusty, though he trusts and loves people of all sizes he has had a rough go of it with his own kind.   He is on his guard around other dogs and is working hard to realize that when plenty of food, water and attention are around, other dogs are ok.  He is housebroken, and would rather be out of a cage hanging out with you then in one.  As you can tell from the pictures, when you are around he just wants to relax and does so with gusto. Rusty has been neutered, microchipped and fully vaccinated. His adoption fee is a donation of $150. Email us at to meet him today!

About Rockwall Pets

About Our Rescue Group...

Rockwall Pets is dedicated to saving every precious life possible. That’s why nearly every pet we offer for adoption was at risk of being put down at Dallas Animal Services. We believe in these pets, so we rescue them, give them full veterinary care and then place them into loving homes.

Thanks to the generosity of caring people like you, we led Rockwall to become one of the leading No Kill communities in America. Find out more about us at
