Margo here! I got in this morning (10/8) around 7 and this foster mama they stuck me with is cleaning. Doesn't she see my sad face begging for attention? Jeez! Well, while I'm sitting here...neglected...let me tell you a little about me. I'm thought to be between 3-4 years old and I am a shar pei mix. I'm not that tall and weigh in at about 47lbs. I do well in the car and go right in the crate. There are two other foster dogs here and I get along with them both but that resident dog seems to dislike me so I'm keeping my distance til he's ready - because I'm a smart girl that way!
I LOVE attention and am good with children. The cats? Well, no one has ever introduced me so your guess is as good as mine!
10/21: My foster mama tells me I'm a keeper even though I had to take a temporary vacation to the kennel while she waited for a "lion cage" to arrive. She said it wouldn't be a big deal that I escape regular crates but her dog is likely to then break out too and she doesn't think we should both be out at the same time unsupervised. So, now I have what I've taken to calling my palace where I retreat to seek quiet and find comfort during the day while she is at work. She also said you should know I need to be top dog, so if you have a submissive dog, great! If not, I'm just not the right dog for you. Everything else above holds true! Do you have a lap I can snuggle on?
