JOEY - LOVING CUDDLY TERRIER PUPPY
Estimated dob July 1st, 2016.

Joey is a 3 month old, 5 lb terrier mix puppy. He is expected to weigh about 10-15 pounds at maturity. At 8 weeks old, he and his sister, April were found running around in the streets before being turned in at the shelter.

Joey is a laid back dog that loves to cuddle. When the crate door is first opened, he makes a run for your lap before his sister can get there. He loves hanging out with people and is a very friendly dog. He and his sister love a good game of tag and tug of war and he is pretty good at fetching already.

He is crate trained and can hold overnight but needs to be house-trained. He is partially trained with puppy pads and with some routine, house-breaking him should not be difficult at all.

He is a smart dog and has learned to respond when called and sit when asked to. Chew toys are his favorite and so is running around the house with his sister. He is not a very energetic dog but loves his walks and lazing around in the grass. He would be perfect for a family that likes to cuddle with their dogs on the sofa and cannot manage an overly-energetic pet. remembering that he is still a puppy and has puppy energy.

Since he is young, he would be probably be suitable for a family with older children

Look at that face and imagine him snuggling next to you. Wouldn’t that be great?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JOEY - LOVING TERRIER PUPPY, a Plano Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Plano, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Plano.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plano already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plano breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plano paves the way for another one to be saved.
