Sandy's Story...
Sandy is one of those awesome shelter specials....a great dog and a readymade pet. Pulled from a high kill Texas shelter, you name it and yes, she is fine with it. Kids, dogs big and small. Not much bothers her. She is a bit of a diva and likes attention, would prefer to be spoiled, loves to beg for your snacks and will moon by the door if lock her out, lol, but is a great little character, as confident and well adjusted as can be. Her housebreaking could be a little stronger, but she is overall good about doing her business promptly outside, is fine on the leash and just a rock solid dog. She is about five years old. Applications are available on the southpawsexpress.org website, or by contacting Lucy at maramuser@gmail.com. Her adoption fee is $450.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sandy, a West Warwick Brussels Griffon/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Brussels Griffon/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in West Warwick, or seeking a Brussels Griffon/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in West Warwick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Warwick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Warwick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Brussels Griffon/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Brussels Griffon/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Warwick paves the way for another one to be saved.
