How can you not fall in love with that little sweetie pie face??!!  Magoo was found wameeting the streets of Carrollton when he was found & taken to the vet where he was very scared.   It was discovered he had a microchip, but we were unable to find his owner.  While at the vet, a LHS foster mom saw him and knew she had to foster him  & help him begin a new life with endless possibilities.

Magoo is a 1-2 yr. old, 7lb Pom mix who is UTD on all his vaccines, neutered, HW-, current on HW preventive, micro-chipped, does great on crate/house training.  He does great on the leash, fine with other dogs, kids, but not sure with cats.   Magoo is the sweetest little thing ever!!  He loves to play with his foster siblings, give doggie kisses, being loved on & is just the best snuggle bunny pal ever!  Now all he needs is his new FUREVER home...... could that be with you??!!

If you are interested in adopting this adorable little guy, complete an online application at

Magoo's adoption fee is $200

Come Meet Our Pets...

To meet our pets, contact us about any dog/puppy you are interested in and we'll set up a meeting time/date between the adopter and foster home.

Our Adoption Process...

Adopters will complete an adoption app. If he/she has a pet, we will check their vet reference and a home visit is not needed (as long as the vet reference is current). All pets must be UTD , current on HW prev and S/N. If a home visit is needed we will compele that ASAP--as we don't want any delays in the adoption process. The adoption fee is $200 for dogs ad $250 for puppies. We spend an average of $300 on each dog/puppy, so the adoption fee helps pay for the vetting for future dogs we bring into the program. Their is a 5 day grace period to make sure he/she is a good fit for your family.
