Babe's Story...
Babe is a gorgeous 7 year old Boxer in need of a loving home. Her previous owners brought her to the shelter when they couldn't have her due to landlord issues. She is a sweet and loving girl, and doesn't understand why she is here. She has beautiful soulful eyes that will melt your heart! Babe can be a talker, and will carry on a "conversation" with you! She has quickly become a staff favorite. She hasn't been with us long, but appears to be housetrained. She is a pretty low-key girl, and would love a nice couch to curl up on, so she can catch up on her favorite shows with you! She is very smart as well, and knows how to sit, give high five, lay down, and stay. She loves showing off for treats! Babe is spayed, current on her vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Come and meet this precious girl today at our Waggin' Tails Adoption Center in Benbrook. We are open daily from 12-6pm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Babe, a Benbrook Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Benbrook, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Benbrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Benbrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Benbrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Benbrook paves the way for another one to be saved.
