Facts about MIMI!

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: White
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short

This stunning all white kitty is named Mimi! She found her way to City of Elderly Love at the estimated age of 10 years old after being surrendered to Philly's animal control shelter because her previous family was moving and couldn't bring her along. We were happy to rescue Mimi from the shelter and she has been nothing but a joy since! Now we can't wait to find her the loving future family she truly deserves.

Mimi spent some time in a foster home when she first came to the rescue and lived with other cats, dogs and children! She would do well in a home with other low-key animals like herself after an appropriate slow introduction. Mimi adores children and is very patient with them! Some of her favorite things include bumping her little head into your ankles for love, perching in the window to watch the world go by, and sunning herself in the best sun puddle she can find on the floor. While we could talk about her all day long, Mimi with her amazing personality really sells herself - consider meeting her!

Mimi is currently residing at City of Elderly Love's adoption kennels at Pet Supplies Plus in Phoenixville, PA. You can stop by any day to meet her at 700 Nutt Rd. Phoenixville, PA 19460!

Mimi is available for adoption through City of Elderly Love. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped! Mimi is also FIV and FeLV negative. She also recently had a professional dental cleaning at our vet so she's feeling as good as new! Interested in meeting her? Visit to complete an online adoption questionnaire or email us at!
