Meet AUDREY! Audrey is a 5 yr old female domestic short hair/dilute tortoiseshell mix, weighing in at 6.6lb and available for adoption at Lafayette Animal Control Center. Audrey is a laid back kind of girl that is loving and affectionate. She's waiting on a good family to take her home and love her. If you'd like to visit this beautiful girl, come on by the shelter during adoption hours of 1pm-4:30pm Mon-Fri. Audrey is spayed, fully vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped. LACC accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

About Our Shelter...
Lafayette Animal Control Center (LACC) is a public facility funded by tax dollars of Lafayette Parish. It is an open intake shelter with limited space. LACC has an adoption program for dogs, cats and horses. All animals available for adoption are fully vetted, UTD on vaccinations, micro-chipped and spay/neutered. Felines are tested for FIV.

Lafayette Animal Control Center is open for adoptions from 1:00-4:30, Monday-Friday. We are located at 613 West Pont des Mouton, I-49, Exit 1, Lafayette, Louisiana 70507. Several times a year we offer offsite adoptions. Please follow our FaceBook page, Lafayette Animal Control Center Volunteers for notices.
Our Adoption Process...
Adoption viewing hours are from 1:00-4:30 pm Monday-Friday. You must have a valid drivers license to apply. We do not do home checks. Adoption fees are $100 for dogs/pups, $80 cats/kittens (Feline Friday is $60) and $150 for horses.
Effective Monday, August 17,2015, LAFAYETTE ANIMAL CONTROL CENTER will begin accepting VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER credit cards. There will be a 2.5% surcharge/convenience fee added to your total. This fee is not greater than our cost of acceptance.
