Allie was found as a stray at an apartment complex where she had wandered up to get a meal. My thoughts are that someone dumped her when they moved out. Who knows what she has been through. She was very scared the first couple of days but has made a lot of progress and loves attention. She will need a little time to adjust to her new home and would prefer a more quiet home probably without dogs or small children. She is around a year old or a little younger
