My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This precious little schnauzer/wire haired terrier mix is approx 1 year old and 20 lbs. He is quite the personality and loves everyone, loves to run and play with the other dogs and loves toys. He is fairly well house and leash trained but not perfect and would benefit from puppy training. He is a really nice and very sweet dog. He did test heartworm positive and has been treated with the required series of injections, and he has also been started on a monthly heart worm preventative.

The total adoption donation of $475 and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. We also provide a coupon for a free wellness visit to the South Wilton Vet group if convenient for you. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care. Our application is online at http://houstonshaggydogrescue.org/application-process/
