Oscar's Story...
What is fluffy, black and white and waiting to light up your life? Why me of course! My name is Oscar and I am about 5-6 months old. I was found abandoned outdoors but the folks feeding and doing TNR (Trap Neuter Return) with a group of colony cats. They quickly realized I was a friendly guy who didn't belong outside and needed a human family to call his own. My rescuers reached out and were able to reserve me a room here! I am playful and sweet and get along with other cats so I was wondering if maybe you would want to meet?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oscar, a Gloucester Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Gloucester, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Gloucester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gloucester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gloucester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gloucester paves the way for another one to be saved.
