I am only 4 months old and already I have seen enough sadness for a lifetime.  I came from a very bad neighborhood where little kitties don't have much chance of finding happy homes.  I am an exception because someone cared enough to help me.  Even though I didn't have a home I came to the shelter as a friendly and happy little guy.  Maybe someone along the way was watching over me.  Never knew that playing could be so carefree, not having to worry about where to get my next meal.  Happiness is knowing that you are valued and that you are loved.  I hope you can help me find my first happy home. PS- I have a wonderful purr and am very affectionate.

About Cats in the Cradle

About Our Rescue Group...

Cats in the Cradle is a no-kill rescue organization dedicated to the rescue, care, and placement of feral, stray and special needs cats and kittens. We are supported by an all volunteer network. While in our care, cats receive nutritious food, medical care and affection until they are placed in permanent homes. CITC is actively involved in spay and neuter initiatives to achieve zero population growth.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our kitties can be seen at the Alpharetta PetSmarts located at Northpoint Mall. CITC has cats residing at this location at all times. We hold regular adoptions for these and our shelter cats and kittens on every Saturday and Sunday at this PetsMart location. Adoptions and kitty introductions are also done during the week by appointment.

Our Adoption Process...

An application must be competed and submitted. Once the information has been reviewed and the application approved, an adoption agreement is signed. A copy of the agreement along with the animal's medical record is given to the adopter.
