SPENCER ACR14013 is a male Border Collie mix puppy. He is black, with white accents, weighing in at about 10 lbs, and is 3-4 months old. Spencer is shy at first, then very friendly. He loves snacks and petting. He will need all the patience and training that a puppy requires to help him become the great adult dog he will be.
