Marcie: red/orange tabby, short hair, female, born approx. 5/24/16, #12303 Schroeder: red/orange tabby, long hair, male, born approx. 5/24/16, #12304
Marcie and Schroeder came from a colony of homeless cats where the caretaker thought they could transition into home life and asked if we could help them. While they weren’t so sure of things at first and in new settings will need patience as they reconfigure, they did make the transition to become loving and adorable little kittens.
Marcie and Schroeder are sweet-natured and gentle kitties who gravitate towards each other for everything. You will seldom see one without the other—they eat, sleep, and play together. Pick them up, pet them, and Marcie and Schroeder will be your friends forever! They like to snuggle next to you when they go to bed at night, happiest when they can drift to sleep with you petting them. Marcie and Schroeder MUST be adopted together.
Marcie and Schroeder made friends with the adult cats in their foster home. We don’t yet know their thoughts on dogs. Older children should be fine though younger or more rambunctious ones may be a bit much.
After a rocky start in life, Marcie, and Schroeder worked hard to become loving pets—though once they figured out how good it is, it was fast paced!—and are ready to offer you so much affection. Will you give them the forever home they crave?
The Rescue House is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization dedicated to assisting cats through its rescue, foster and adoption activities. We find loving homes for unwanted, abandoned, homeless and abused cats. We open our arms to cats that need assistance, regardless of age and often regardless of handicap. We find good homes for every cat that we take in - we are a true no-kill cat rescue organization.
