Foster Home Update:
Rose is one of the sweetest dogs I've ever fostered. She absolutely loves everyone she meets and is a great companion. She is extremely versatile meaning she will lay inside with you all day or go outside on adventures and be perfectly happy doing either.
She is crate trained, house trained and knows all basic commands. She is not destructive in any way. She is getting better on walks, and is learning not to pull as much. She is good with certain dogs, and doesn't get along with others but she'll let you know when she doesn't like another dog. She DOES NOT like cats. She is very prey driven and loves to chase cats and critters.
She loves being outside and off leash with a big fenced in area to explore. She comes when called and overall is an easy dog to take care of. She will jump right up in your car when you open the door, but during the car ride she gets a little anxious and starts panting. If you open the windows, it helps her relax a little bit. I also brought her around horses and she doesn't care for them.
Please adopt this sweet girl and give her the forever home she deserves!
Rose is a beautiful catahoula. She surrendered to a high kill shelter, where we rescued her from. We have hopes of giving her a second chance at life with a wonderful family. We feel she would do best as the only pet in the family. She is good with children over the age of 10. She is housetrained.
