Celeste is a 9-year old spayed Pug/Chihuahua mix. She is a good natured little girl who is very easy to hang out with. She likes other small dogs and is currently sharing a kennel with another nice little dog named Pebbles. Celeste is so cute to watch when she walks because she kind of prances along. She likes her treats and is very affectionate. She appears to be housetrained. She is happy sitting on your lap or taking a walk. She is pretty low maintenance and a super nice little dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Celeste, a Vista Pug/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Chihuahua for sale in Vista, or seeking a Pug/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Vista.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vista already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vista breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Chihuahua breeders who help with Pug/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vista paves the way for another one to be saved.
