Rocker's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Rocker's Story...
Rocker is a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix. He weighs approximately 13 lbs.
He is doing well with the children and other dogs in his foster home. Though he is very unsure of men at first, he is warming up quickly to the male members of the household. When first meeting women and children, he is friendly and tries his best to be a cuddly lap dog. (He does this with men, as well, once he is used to them.) Rocker is a good eater, and is happy to go on any adventure that his short little legs will take him on. His foster reports that housetraining is going well.
Rocker's adoption fee is $250 and includes his neuter, microchip, current vaccinations, current de-wormings, a leash, collar, and some food. Adoption forms can be found at www.cleoskarmacaninerescue.com and are required to be submitted prior to meeting the dogs.
Rocker is currently fostered in Brooks.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rocker, a Duchess Chihuahua/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Chihuahua for sale in Duchess, or seeking a Chihuahua/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Duchess.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Duchess already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Duchess breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Duchess paves the way for another one to be saved.
