Bolt's Story...
Bolt was born approx March 2014. He was rescued from a shelter as a stray and clearly had a poor prior life. He was afraid of men and women but now loves attention. He has had obedience training, is very affectionate, loves to snuggle on your lap, and sleep under the covers. He loves car rides and going on walks and heals nicely. He is playful and gets along with dogs. He is still somewhat timid so no young kids, but when loved, he will be a lifelong companion.

Stop by and meet our pets on SATURDAYS or if you are not able, email to arrange a convenient time to meet the pet. Adoption events are Saturday from 11 am to 3pm at R & R Pet Lifestyle and Supply at 2780 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley (SE corner of Tapo Canyon and Alamo), except holiday weekends. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bolt, a Simi Valley Welsh Corgi/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Welsh Corgi/Chihuahua for sale in Simi Valley, or seeking a Welsh Corgi/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Simi Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Simi Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Simi Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Welsh Corgi/Chihuahua breeders who help with Welsh Corgi/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Simi Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
