Clyde's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Clyde's Story...
Clyde is a big goofball who loves to run, take you on long leash walks, learn tricks, and play. He's one happy-go-lucky guy! If you want to see the fun in everything, you'll want Clyde by your side. Clyde enjoys getting together with his female dog friend Bonnie and is amazing on-leash around all dogs. Clyde would most likely prefer to go home with a family where he can be partnered with a female dog (perhaps Bonnie?) or just the right male dog. Volunteers and staff share that he loves to play rough and tumble, but also likes to cuddle up for some quiet time too. Clyde is looking for a family that is as committed and excited about his manners training and daily adventures as he is full of young man energy. Fill out an adoption application, and make sure and come out to Rescue Ranch and meet your new best friend!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clyde, a Yreka Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Yreka, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Yreka.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yreka already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yreka breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yreka paves the way for another one to be saved.
