Fozberie's Story...
Hi there! My name is Fozberie and I would really like to get to know you. I am writing a little bit about myself because I am soooooo new here at Rescue Ranch the staff and volunteers haven’t really had a chance to get to know me. However they did learn very quickly that I am a jumper and fence climber of great skill (Perhaps a future in agility or tricks?). I just arrived from the Kings county animal shelter and I am waiting here for you to come and meet me. I am settling in here at “the Ranch” and enjoying my comfy Kuranda doggy bed, all these great toys, inside/outside kennels (I’m so proud I have learned how to use the doggie door), daily walks and cuddles, and of course 2 tasty nutritious square meals a day + treats. Come on out to Rescue Ranch and meet me. See if I am the paw-fect match for you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fozberie, a Yreka Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Yreka, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Yreka.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yreka already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yreka breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yreka paves the way for another one to be saved.
