Mindy is very scared and shy... her previous owner went into a nursing home and sadly her doggie brother was euthanized due to poor health all during the same time period. She was having a very hard time adjusting to her new life... but her foster mom now says she is much more confident, happy and playful! Mindy is great with women and many other dogs, but she gets scared and nippy around men or children (common in some chihuahuas). She needs a new home who is happy to let her take her time to warm up and learn how to become a dog again! She's only about four years old. Adoption Fee $200
