Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bree (F)
Arrival date: June 29,2016 (age 10 weeks at intake)
Adoption fee $20
Bree was dumped with brother Tipper in the yard of a local resident in June 2016. For those who love gray tabbies and those who love ginger tabbies, Bree suggests that you visit her and experience the best of both tabby worlds as she has spectacular coloring. And she is funny, playful and one of the best purring cuddlers ever! .
Adoption of all cats (and dogs) requires an approval process to ensure that they are going into a home appropriate for their needs and that will keep them safe. Each is loved and nurtured by our staff and volunteers during their stay with us and each is placed with same due diligence that they would be given if they were our own furry family members.
The approval process can take from 1 to 3 days. That process is initiated with the online (or in office) submission of the application form. Adoption policies, application procedures and the online application forms are at the shelter website: http://smithgallhumanesociety.org/ under tab All Adoptable Animals. All approved adopters must accompany their new family member on the journey home. We do not ship nor transport.
Charles Smithgall Humane Society (CSHS) is a No kill shelter which provides quality care, spay/neuter-all vaccines, deworming, vet exam, standard disease testing and for dogs-monthly heart worm prevention treatment. Animals in our care remain safe with us until adopted. Resident animals are primarily owner relinquished and also accepted from local Animal Control. The facility usually is operating at capacity with a list of animals waiting for space to open.
Adoption hours are Tues-Sat 10-4 and Sun 1-4.
