FOSTER COMMENTS: Dodger is a sweet and playful pup that would love another young dog to play with. He has discovered what toys are and chews on them with a passion. Dodger loves affection and wants to be with his humans and dog pack. He has bursts of young puppy energy but then he just wants to curl up and snuggle. He is doing very well with his training but would benefit from continued training to ensure he is a well behaved house dog. Dodger rarely barks except at strangers that come to the door. A fenced in yard would be ideal but is not mandatory as long as Dodger get regular walks and exercise.
EVERY DOG HAS A STORY : Dodger was pulled from a rural shelter near the coast right before Hurricane Matthew struck NC. He was found as a stray showing up on porches hoping someone would take him in. BFPA gladly took this sweet boy in and he is living the good life now.
