Bambi's Story...
Bambi is 4 years old & 7 pounds. She had a family of her own, but they had to give her up so she's looking for a new family to love her forever. She is sweet, but also has a bit of a sassy side to her. Once she's comfortable & trusts you, she gives kisses and will do super cute tricks for treats...totally adorable! She LOVES toys & is happy and wagging her tail when she's playing. She gets along with other dogs & doesn't mind cats either.

Her new family should have patience & know that it might take some time for her to trust so she lets down her guard. We're hoping that she can find her forever home & be settled in for the holidays. Please fill out an application to set up a date ~ http://chihuahuarescueofsandiego.com/adoption-application/.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bambi, a San Diego Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
