Kwanjai is one of 15 dogs that are flying to Colorado from the Elephant Nature Park in Thailand at the end of October. Kwanjai came to the park in January this year, together with 4 siblings. The litter was found without mother in the village. They were born around December of last year. 2 of the siblings were lucky enough to be adopted by volunteers but Kwanjai is still waiting her turn. She is a smaller girl weighing in at 30lbs. The perfect take anywhere size! She gets along with other dogs and likes people. She is an active girl who likes going on walks. Since she has been living in the sanctuary she will need some time to adjust to living in a house as everything is foreign to her. By adopting Kwanjai you are making room at ENP for dogs who are in some of the worst situations imaginable. Thailand street dogs are at risk of being put into the dog meat industry, getting poisoned in one of the planned mass poisonings.
Kwanjai would love to be greeted by her forever peoples when her flight lands. If you are interested in opening your home to her (even as a foster situation) please email us at email@example.com. Thanks!
