Jenna's Story...
Hi, my name is Jenna. I am up for adoption with Farm Friends Rescue. I am a hound/lab mix, female, 6 months old. I am microchipped, spayed and up to date on shots. I am currently living with my foster mom. She has 9 other dogs here and I love to play with them all. We have a big fenced in yard here so I can run as much as I want. I would love to have this at my new home. I have a lot of energy and love to run and play, but I know I need a safe place to do that. My foster mom also has some senior dogs I like to snuggle and sleep with. She also has grandchildren of many ages and they love to play with me too. I am ready to go to my forever home and continue to give all the love I can. I am learning my manners and will sit on command. I love treats and toys. I love to be in the house and my foster mom says I am doing really good. She even lets me sleep in the bed at night with her. So if you want a sweetheart that will love you and make you smile, get in contact with Farm Friends Rescue. Looking forward to meeting you! xoxo, Jenna.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jenna, a Pittsboro Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Pittsboro, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Pittsboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pittsboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pittsboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pittsboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
