Casper is a very small, white Deer Head Chihuahua. He weighs just 4.9 lbs. and is nine months old, born in February of this year.
Casper has not had the best start in his little life. He has been traumatized and, as a result, he is shy. However, he will let you love him and he will snuggle with you on your lap or in bed as he craves love and attention.
He is currently recovering from a broken leg, so he has to be watched to make sure he does not jump or run around. It is difficult for him because he wants to play and interact with the other dogs at his foster home. He does appear to be housetrained, but he is not yet leash trained. Recovery time while his leg mends will take another month of cast changes and healing.
This sweet boy has been neutered, microchipped and his shots are now up to date. Because of his tiny size, Casper should not go to a home with young children. Loving adults who would shower him with attention and pamper him would be wonderful!
