APPLE IS ADOPTED!
WHERE I STARTED: Affectionately referred to as the “box puppies”, Apple and her siblings were left in a cardboard box outside a rural shelter. When they arrived at New Love, they were super sick and it was touch and go for a little bit. But with around-the-clock support, medication, and monitoring they all survived and are now ready for their forever homes!
MY NEW LOVE RESCUE STORY: As the only little girl in a family of all boys, Apple captured the heart of one of our New Love volunteers. Once she was healthy and ready for adoption, she moved in with her new family which includes three furry siblings! Her new mom tells us that Apple is the sweetest, most gentle little girl… however, a princess she is NOT! She loves to play in the dirt, bring mulch in the house, roll-in and eat dead worms, and discover bugs everywhere she goes! She is giving her “brothers” a run for their money!
