~ ADOPTION PENDING ~

You may meet and apply to adopt Spence at our ADOPTION EVENT on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 13th from 12 Noon – 3:00 at PETCO in NEWPORT BEACH. (Our event is held INSIDE of the PETCO store.) adoptpetmatch@gmail.com

Spence is a male Maltipoo approximately 3 years old. He is a small, compact little guy weighing 12 pounds full grown. Spence has buttery soft curls that are non-shedding. His tail curls up cutely over his back and his soulful eyes are a milk chocolate brown. He is a handsome boy and has a sweet, easy going, friendly disposition. Spence is great with other dogs, gentle with children, and as darling as they come. He has a warm, affectionate manner and thrives on spending time with humans. He appears to be quite well adjusted and his social nature makes him a delight to have around the house. Spence welcomes company and is simply happy to be included. He will do best in a home where he can be a cherished family member, pampered and snuggled to his heart's content. Spence likes to be carried and held if you enjoy that, and he also walks easily on leash. You can take him in public and he has good manners with other people and when meeting canine friends. Although Spence does enjoy his daily strolls, he is a snuggle bug and adores attention and loving. He would like nothing more than to keep you company all day long. Spence was rescued from a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where he was brought in stray. This little dog is going to make an outstanding pet and companion. He deserves a safe, stable, loving home to call his own. You can't go wrong with young Spence! He does fine with other dogs, but is perfectly fine as an only dog as well. Spence is healthy and ready for his new forever loving home today!

Spence’s adoption donation is $450 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.

Spence is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Kirstie and Family and is ready for his forever home.

You may meet and apply to adopt Spence at our ADOPTION EVENT on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 13th from 12 Noon – 3:00 at PETCO in NEWPORT BEACH located at 1280 Bison Ave., Newport Beach, CA 92660. adoptpetmatch@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SPENCE, a Newport Beach Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Newport Beach, or seeking a Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Newport Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newport Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newport Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newport Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
