BREED: Jack Russell Terrier/Doxie
AGE: 1 year as of Oct 2016
WEIGHT: 6 lbs
NOTES FROM FOSTER FAMILY:
Trinket has been with us since she was a tiny baby, over a year ago. We believe that she is a Jack Russell, Dachshund mix. She has a doxie nose and a very long body. She has congenital luxating elbows which cause her to appear very different than other dogs. This is a condition that some breeds such as dachshunds are pre-disposed to. She has been seen by a specialist who did not feel that she would benefit from surgery of any type. It does not affect her activity. She runs and plays like any other dog her age. She just looks a little different. Trinket loves attention and would love to have a home that would give her lots of love. She would also love a little doggy playmate. Are you the one for Trinket??
