Shilo's Story...
Meet Shilo! Dallas and Shilo grew up in a home together but when their owner suddenly faced a medical condition and could no longer care for the dogs, they ended up at the shelter. That's where Paw Patrol came in! Shilo is around 7 years old, super sweet and makes excellent company! She is a great dog who deserves a loving home (preferably with children!) who will spoil her for the remainder of her days!

Dallas is the male chocolate lab and Shilo is a female yellow lab mix.

Shilo is spayed, up to date on vaccines and housebroken.

Their adoption fee is $150.
Please fill out an application for them at http://pawpatroldayton.com/adoptable-dogs/.

*All Adopters must reside within a 100 mile radius of Dayton, OH

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shilo, a Kettering Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Kettering, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Kettering.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kettering already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kettering breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kettering paves the way for another one to be saved.
