I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Absolem's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, and good with cats.

Absolem's Story...
Who are you? You're not Absolem. I'm Absolem, silly human! Trapped, Mister. See this eye? I'm no pillar, I'm a cat. Post man chiller is where I'm at. No access to the party without an invitation. I know just the location to obtain one-you must receive a pass from the desk. Have you any idea why a raven is like a writing desk? WHO? ARE? YOU?

I'm a big huggable, snugable fellow who loves a good lap.
I'm a little shy at first, but it's because I'm a cat!
We like a good sniff first, and that is the norm,
but I'll stay shy and coy if you're in uniform!
No offense to police, firefighters, or you;
your authoritative silhouette or your outfit in blue
makes me a little nervous! I was in a home, but then it got lost
and a nice officer brought me here to stay out of the frost.
But now I think officers are going to take me away,
And I'd really like to find a home where I can stay.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Absolem, a Harrisonburg Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Harrisonburg, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Harrisonburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harrisonburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harrisonburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harrisonburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
