Hello! My name is Penny. I am about 13 weeks old. I am a boxer shepherd mix with maybe some pit bull as well. I was adopted from a rescue in Waxhaw when I was just seven weeks old. My family loves me very much but we have two small children in the house and I am too rambunctious and playful for them. I love to run around in the back yard. I even know how to play fetch! I like toys that are squeaky or that make noises. I would love to move to a house with a big fenced in back yard, and I love going for walks in the neighborhood so I can practice walking on a leash. I am still working on learning basic commands. I know how to sit when it's time to eat, and I am learning how to stay. I am very motivated by treats so I am a quick learner. I would do best in a house where there are no small children. It's not that I am aggressive, but I've still got my puppy teeth and I am still learning how to behave around children. I have been to visit the vet, and I only have one round of puppy shots left! My family can provide my vet records. I sleep in my crate at night, and if my family needs to go out during the day. I am very smart though, and sometimes I can open the door myself. I can't wait to find my forever home!

Our adoption fee $150 includes spay/neuter, parvo/distemper series of shots, rabies if dog is old enough, bordatello, heartworm preventative while here, worming, and microchipping.
