And now, a few words from me:

My name is Pearl and my foster mom says that I am a pearl of a girl. I am very comfortable here in my temporary home hanging out with my foster mom’s 2 existing small dogs and another foster looking for a forever home. I am a pretty laid back girl and just like spending time in the kitchen playing with my squeaky toys and lounging around in my dog bed. Life is good.

I get great food which I love and tasty treats which I always welcome. The only thing missing is finding a forever home where I will be loved and spoiled forever. Could that be you?

And now, a few words from my foster mom:

From the moment Pearl arrived into rescue her little tail has never stopped wagging. She has left her unpleasant life behind where she was used as a breeding dog and now finds great comfort living in a warm, safe home getting the best of care. In a short time Pearl has adapted incredibly well to our household’s regular routine. She gets along famously with the other small dogs and is sometimes snuggled up to one of them sharing a bed. She is working on her potty training and will use a pee pad as well as going potty outside when prompted. With regular reinforcement Pearl will accomplish this very well. She loves sleeping in the big bed with the humans and settles down quickly. She loves curling up on the sofa beside you to watch tv. Pearl is slowly learning what a leash is and with patient continuing coaching she is catching on. She has an excellent appetite and enjoys her treats very much. I think she would love to find a forever home where there is another doggie companion to keep her company and with a mom or dad who is home most of the day or at least part of the day. Pearl is an absolute joy to foster.

Our Adoption Process...

In order to adopt from us, you need to complete an adoption application. Follow this link

Once the application is completed, it will be reviewed for suitability, and if yes, we will book a telephone interview with you, and check the veterinary and personal references that you provided. If that goes well, a home visit will be booked, and if your home is safe, the adoption can proceed. You will be required to execute and adoption contract and pay a set adoption fee
