Emily is healthy, happy and ready to go home! Our sweet little lady that came to us in such a sad state is now healed up enough to begin her search for a wonderful family of her own. Emily is about 7 years old and this petite chow chow mix was just a hot mess when she arrived. She suffered with multiple infections of the skin, eyes, ears, and had lost most of her hair. We spent many a day giving her long, medicated baths, and treating all of her ailments as well, and now she has put the sad part of her life behind her and is happier than you can imagine. Emily has such a warm and bubbly personality and she really doesn't let anything get her down. She absolutely loves people and makes friends so easily. She has the spunk of a puppy when she wants to and Emily is the type to run at you full speed, then stop immediately when she gets to you so she doesn't crash. All she wants is for you to pet her and treat her with kindness. She is such a lady, and walks well on a leash and is so polite with taking treats. She is perfectly housebroken and she even gets along fine with most dogs, as long as they don't try to jump on her and play rough. Emily will put a smile on your face no matter what kind of day you're having. Any good family would be lucky to welcome her home. File#26577 8/18/16
