UPDATE! 5/24/17 Martin is now full grown and weighs about 35lbs. He is a smart and sweet guy who loves to be loved. He gets along well with other dogs. Martin loves to play with his people, as well as with other dogs. He is still in need of a forever home and is so deserving of a home of his own. As he has grown and matured, we are now thinking he is a boston terrier/boxer mix/Lab mix. Martin is crate trained and mostly house trained, although his experience being in the house without being crated is limited. Please consider Martin if you are looking for a fun loving, happy boy to hang out with, perhaps take for hikes/runs/walks. For more info, see below.
These sweet little babies were dumped in a wooded area in Arkansas. There was a witness that actually saw the truck pull up, dump the puppies out, and speed away while the puppies cried and tried to follow. Thankfully, someone was there and saw the whole thing and was able to get all of the puppies to safety. Poor babies were only about 4-5 weeks old at that time. Just little babies. We are purely guessing on their breed, since we never got the chance to see mom or dad. We are calling them Lab/Beagle/Border Collie mix. These babies will likely be on the large side. They are currently each about 20lbs. but they have a lot of growing to do. They are all very friendly, happy go lucky, sweet puppies and will make wonderful companions. They are located in Arkansas and will be transported to the northeast once adopted. For more info, email firstname.lastname@example.org
Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $300, and for older puppies and adults, the typical fee is $250. This includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (as well as treatment if they test positive) for all pups/dogs over 6 months old. There is a transport fee of $140 per dog. We use Got Orphans Transport, and you can see more about them at www.gotorphanstransport.com.
