George's Story...
George was dealt a bad hand when his family lost their home in the valley fire just a over a year ago. Prior to the fire George was happy and very loved in his home, he had doggy siblings and even snuggled the family cats. He had a little girl he called his own and a mom that cared so much about him that when she couldn't find somewhere for him, she contacted us to find the very best home for him!

George is a three-year-old neutered male American pit bull Terrier. His coat is almost as stunning as his personality. George is very very friendly with cats, other dogs and absolutely loves children. He is an amazing dog who deserves the best and that is exactly what we promised him mom we would find him!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

George, a Sonoma American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Sonoma, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Sonoma.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sonoma already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sonoma breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sonoma paves the way for another one to be saved.
