Jazzy's Story...
azzy is a quiet, lovable, sweet beagle who likes to relax on the couch at home. She is a nice, medium size at about 40lbs., and we fell in love with her in the first hour that we took her in to our home. Born in 2005, this older lady is still lively on walks - something she really looks forward to every day! She has had a good life growing up on a farm, so enjoys being outside a lot.

Jazz would do well in a home with older or no children. She love attention, but is also happy being on her own as well. She loves to have her ears and belly scratched - and it is a bit of a big belly. She will need someone who can give her lots of exercise and help her with her diet!. She is curious about other animals, but doesn't like them near her food. Jazzy is looking for a wonderful new home to love her and help her in her retirement years.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jazzy, a Saskatoon Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Saskatoon, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Saskatoon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Saskatoon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Saskatoon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Saskatoon paves the way for another one to be saved.
