Diesel's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Diesel's Story...
Hi! I’m Diesel, a 9-year-old, neutered male, red and white Lhasa Apso and weigh 23 pounds. I am currently staying with some nice people from Black Dog Walk and they’re really nice to me! I had no problem fitting in with my other foster dogs and cat siblings.

I would make a great companion dog for a person or family with respectful children over age 8. I would like nothing more than to settle down with my forever person/family to take leisurely walks, cuddle on the couch to watch TV, and be by your side as much as you’ll let me. In my former home, I did live with another small dog, and would probably do well in another home that has a small dog as long as they accept me.

My adoption fee is $50, which includes my up-to-date-vaccines, rabies and microchip. If you have room in your heart and home for me, I’d love to be your dog! Please contact Loa for an
application. A $25 deposit will hold me until a home check can be done. The remaining $25 will be due upon taking me home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Diesel, a Ogden Lhasa Apso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso for sale in Ogden, or seeking a Lhasa Apso dog from a breeder in Ogden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ogden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ogden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso breeders who help with Lhasa Apso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ogden paves the way for another one to be saved.
