Carly and Sophie are sweet kitties who were found in a field by a couple. This is what the foster mom has to say about Carly.

'I spent my first 3-4 months out in a field with my sibling (Sophie) and was caught in December 2016, nice and healthy because of my success in catching mice and other food. I have grown to like getting petted which makes me purr so much. I don’t like to be picked up because I’m still a little shy but I love to come to be petted.  I snuggle with my siblings (dogs and cats) now and will sometimes sleep on the bed of my foster family. I will be a great addition to your home, where you can pet me all you want, and I will make sure no mice try to invade our kingdom.   I snuggle with the dogs at my foster home as well, and we have become great friends. Indoor only.'

About Four Paws Rescue

About Our Shelter...

Four Paws Rescue is a private, 501(c)3, volunteer-run organization that is dedicated to helping homeless dogs and cats. Four Paws has been rescuing dogs and cats since 2000. We rescue stray and abandoned cats, dogs, puppies and kittens from high-kill shelters, place them in caring foster homes (if available) and then adopt them into loving, life-long home.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Since our shelter is not set up for drop by visits, appointments can be made with our Director to meet any dog in person. Just leave a detailed message with Lisa (Director) at 435-752-3534 or email her volunteer at

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption fees range from $125-200. Each pet is spayed or neutered, and current on rabies, parvo and distemper vaccinations
