Rosy is a gorgeous 5 year old hairy-hairless Chinese crested. She is spayed and UTD on all vaccinations. She is also housebroken, something we rarely say in rescue.
Rosy is looking for an amazing home that will spoil her rotten with walks, car rides and the life of luxury she deserves. She will protect your yard if a stranger comes within walking distance Rosy's foster mom will be extremely picky on who this girl lives her wonderful years with.
There are three things her potential new forever parent needs to know:
1. She is a runner. If she gets out she will RUN. Absolutely NO dog doors for this kid. If you plan on unsupervised long periods of time outside alone then Rosy is not the dog for you. We will be making sure your yard and doors are Rosy proof.
2. She will get assertive for her food bowl if another dog is trying to sneak a piece.
3. You must be familiar with Chinese crested skin issues. This lil' one is one of the prettiest girls we've ever seen, but she has constant black heads and bumpy skin that requires special care. Though she is hairy, she is not a powder puff.
Rosy loves other Chinese cresteds and poodles. Another dog in the home that is her size would be perfect. If you believe that you can be that special parent for Rosy then you MUST own your home and an adult only home. No apartments/condos.
A fully completed adoption application must be submitted to meet Rosy. Once approved by the foster mom she will be in contact with you. If her pic/bio are still up then this means she is still available for adoption. Any inquiries that do not include a completed application will be deleted.
