Facts about Marta

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Calico Or Dilute Calico
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • ID#: Marta Stepp
  • Hair: Short
Marta was rescued from animal control. She had one baby (a mini-me named Nadia) and both were nursed back to health. We do not know what happened to the rest of her litter.

Marta is a sweet calico. She is missing a few teeth, but that doesn't impact her appetite. Just makes her prefer wet food over dry food. We joke that Marta has a snaggle tooth and sometimes her tongue sticks out. It's very cute. She loves to play with dangling toys and rub her head on your forehead (sort of like eskimo kisses). Marta is a real sweetheart and will capture your heart if you give her the chance.

Marta is negative for FIV/FeLV, up-to-date on shots, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. The adoption fee is $ 90.00.

Planned PEThood hosts adoption events each weekend at several locations.
1) the John's Creek Petsmart (Corner of McGinnis Ferry Road and Peachtree Parkway in Suwanee)
2) the Mall of Georgia Petco (Buford Drive in Buford)
3) the Lawrenceville Petsmart (Lawrenceville Suwanee Road at HWY 120 in Lawrenceville).
