My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, I’m Mator. I know, I look like a big cute teddy bear! I’m actually a 60 lb Chow Chow, probably a little big to be a teddy bear. I am super sweet though! I’m told I don’t have the typical ‘Chow personality’ since I’m extremely laid back. I just want to be friends. With everyone! I live with dogs, cats and kids and go with the flow. I love to play. I’ve lived with little ones my whole life so I’m very gentle. I do have this problem that I need my next family to help with. I have some pretty serious allergies. It’s BAD right now. We’re trying to narrow down the cause. I’m hoping I’ll be all better soon, but a change in environment certainly couldn’t hurt. I haven’t learned any commands, but I like to follow my people around. I’m sure I could learn if you wanted to teach me and I do have very nice manners so it would just be learning the actual words. I’m only 3 and I like treats which is great for training. Learning could be a good way for us to bond! My dad works from home right now so I get to see him all the time, but even when he’s gone I’m on my best behavior. It’s ok if you need to be gone during the day, I’ll just hang out and sleep until you come home. Due to my breed adopters must own their home and have a fully fenced yard. My Adoption fee is $200.
