Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jason is a young boy who was found stray south of Houston and no one ever came to claim him. He is a slender boy weighing around 25 pounds at 14+ inches tall.
Did I say that he is young? At his age, Jason needs to be kept busy or he will get into trouble. All young beagles can become destructive if left to entertain themselves for too long! Jason is crate trained. He can be reluctant to go in but is willing to go for a treat. Some days, he will make he try and catch him first, so be prepared!
Jason plays extremely well with other dogs and often does not want the day to end when it is time for lights out! His foster Mom says that Jason is so playful that he will play with rocks if nothing else is available! He has brought several into the house and wonders why they can’t be kept in the toy box!?!
Jason has a jolly, happy-go-lucky nature, but can be a little timid around people if he thinks he is in trouble. He has never been food aggressive and would do best with a canine buddy or an active family. He is a really fast runner, so would be a good jogging buddy for someone. This little guy has a loud bay, so no apartments for him.
Jason is a beagle and does what beagles do best, he cuddles like a champ when he is ready for a snuggle. His super sweet side makes you forget all of his faults. This boy needs an active family with a love for the antics of this breed!
