There is a $75 adoption/rehoming fee. All supplies will be included.

I am a beautiful chocolate Labrador Retriever / German Shepherd mix. I am just 2 years old and very healthy. I have been neutered, am up to date on my shots, house broken and very well behaved.

I am a big boy at 100 pounds. I am gentle and sweet. I love children and get along very well with other dogs. I have never been around cats, but I would probably be fine with them as well, just so long as they are dog-friendly.

I live in Wilmington, California with my family, who love me so much. Unfortunately, they are unable to keep me, and are dearly hoping to find a family who will cherish me.

My idea family will own their own home and have a securely fenced back yard for me to play in. I love to spend time with my family, so would dearly love to have people who have lots of time to play, take me for walks, and just hang out together. Some great kids to love would be the icing on the cake.

Please offer me the loving, forever home I need and deserve. Let me show you what 100 pounds of unconditional love looks like!

Love and Licks,

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Charles, a San Diego Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
