Skylar's Story...
Skylar was pulled from the local kill shelter. He was an emaciated little guy with an upper respiratory infection and we weren’t sure if he was going to make it. But he did and he is a loving and healthy guy now!

He is about 2.5 months old and loves everyone he meets. He loves to play with other cats and dogs.

**Skylar is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, FIV Positive & FeLV Negative, Dewormed and doing very well in his foster home. He is ready to find his family to complete his transformation. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Skylar, a Tomball Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tomball, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tomball.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tomball already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tomball breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tomball paves the way for another one to be saved.
