Vivian is still a bit shy but warming up to people. She was one of many rabbits rescued off the streets in the East Bay. A more Zen type of home would be better for her and older/calm children. In time she should become more confident and used to people. She definitely is a sweet bun that is worth all the time her new family can give her.

Vivian is young and her new family should be ready to make a commitment up to ten years, or more, to her. In Rabbit Romper Room she was quiet but enjoyed being petted. She was a little interested in other toys as well. She was fine with the many noises and has lived around children. She will require a yearly vet exam and her nails trimmed every 4-6 months.

All rabbits need time outside of their enclosure to burn off energy and to kick up their feet! A long hallway or a room they haven't been in before will do the trick. Getting out of their enclosure for 2-3 hours a day is critical. Not only does it help with boredom, but it helps with moving their food through their delicate system.

She should eat unlimited amounts of Timothy, Oat hay and/or Orchard Grass hay, 2-3 tablespoons of pellets each (no dried fruit or nut mixes), a small handful of veggies and an occasional piece of fruit as a treat.
