Hey there y'all!  My name's Jimmy John and the cat sleeping next to me is Fiona.  I'm a male brown tabby who is looking for a family to settle down with for me and my best girl, Fiona. I'm about 5 years old now.  I had a family once, but I guess they couldn't take care of me anymore.  A nice neighbor found me outside in the yard and brought me here to the Adoption Center.  It was a bit of a shock to be turned out like that, but you know what, if I hadn't come to Feline Rescue, I wouldn't have met Fiona.  Fiona is a female cat with short black fur.  She's had a really hard life, but she's got me now to look out for her.  We've really bonded and I try to snuggle up as close as possible so she knows she is safe and that her buddy is watching her back.

I'm not the most talkative guy in the room, but I'm steady and good natured.  Once I've gotten a chance to sniff your hand and exchange slow blinks I'm very happy to be petted.  I'm a cat of simple tastes.  I love a good box, especially if it's one that takes a little ingenuity to fit myself into.  Most importantly though, I'd like to find a home without a lot of chaos.  You see, Fiona does well in quieter spaces where she can relax and enjoy the peace.  I'd also prefer living with humans who would enjoy hanging out and just enjoying the moment.  Does that sound like you by any chance? I hope you'll come visit with us.  We'd love to get to know you and see if we'd make a great family.  Just ask the humans here for Jimmy John and Fiona - We can be yours for $220

About Feline Rescue, Inc.

Our Adoption Process...

By adopting a Feline Rescue cat you will be supporting a caring, no-kill shelter and making room for one more homeless cat. We are always looking for good, safe, loving homes for our many cats and kittens. We want to be sure placements are a success for both parties, so before we send our feline friends home with anyone, we ask you to fill out a basic questionnaire. Since we work with cats everyday we will be able to suggest a perfect match to your needs. If a sponsorship fits your schedule better, you may support a cat of your choice and we will send you pictures and updates. All of our cats are feline leukemia/FIV tested, fecal tested, neutered/spayed, vaccinated and all of our kittens are vet checked, fecal checked and given their first set of shots. All receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. We charge an adoption fee to offset these costs. Adoption Hours: We are open seven days a week for adoptions, but our hours do vary because we are staffed entirely by volunteers. Call (651) 642-5900 for specific times and more information.
