Meet Renley. Renley is a black lab mix who was recently picked up as a stray with another dog in Ft. Bend County. He caught the eye of Weimaraner Rescue who then put out a plea for other rescue groups for help. They saw how sweet of a dog Renley was and really wanted a group that could get his information spread far and wide, so they contacted us.
Renley is a very sweet dog who gets along well with others. He is a little shy when you first meet him, but opens up in no time once he realizes that you just want to be his friend. The vet thinks that he is only about 1-2 years old, so he is still a young boy. He has lots of energy and loves to play, but he is not overly rambunctious.
He is a little thin right now as a result of living on the streets, and could stand to put on a few pounds, but he will still be a medium size dog that shouldn't exceed 50lbs. All Renley wants is a safe comfortable place where he can play and be loved like he deserves.
So, come on you Labby lovers, let's get Renley into a foster while he waits for his forever home!
